Many people know that a majority verdict never implemented. There are many reasons for this, some of which include: the laws do not facilitate the implementation of the verdict, some debtors are frauds, and some debtors to move to another state
.The most common reason that judgments are not enforced is that many debtors broke. Also, borrowers move and it becomes more difficult and expensive to keep looking for your new address or place of employment.
a typical cycle of execution of judgments of effort usually follows these steps:
1) Original Judgement creditor (OJC) wins ruling in court.
2) OJC expects the borrower to pay, but they do not.
3) OJC trying to implement it yourself, but it is too frustrating and often fails.
4) OJC trying to sell his conviction for cash up front.
5) OJC discovers that no one will pay that much money up front what they want to get on the verdict.
6) OJC is Judgement Enforcer.
7) Judgement Enforcer might be able to make a ruling against the debtor, if so, has a happy ending
.If no OJC verdict Enforcer can not get money from the debtor, the court returns to the OJC and becomes seemingly unenforceable judgments.
This is where Debt Settlement Professional (DSP) can help. DSP becomes the middleman and usually has a better response in dealing with the debtor.
DSP approach to debtors and creditors, and tries to be both a compromise so that the lender can get paid for something, a debtor may be released from the verdict debt and improve your credit score.
This is a win-win, because if not for DSP, OJC probably will not get any money for his verdict. the borrower comes out ahead too, because not only are paying much less than the amount owed to the verdict, DSP can often help the borrower meet its other debts at the same time.
DSP can not help it, anyway. Sometimes the borrower really has nothing to do, or went bankrupt. Sometimes it OJC or the borrower is not willing to compromise enough to make the job happen.
Not everyone can be a long Settlement Professional (DSP). In some countries, only lawyers can settle debts. DSP must be licensed in each state are working in. Some DSP only work with commercial and business debt. More work with consumer debt, and some do both. Make sure any DSP work is licensed in your state.
